That is what I am doing. Last year I didn't approach or dm a single foid, and if anything "spontaneous" happened, it all ended in disaster.

I'd say if you approached foids before and you had really good results like most of them were into you then continue, but if you didn't I would say think about it, you can still get some success but you end up validating alot of chicks with no gain for you
