working out in house, is gym better tho? theres not a single one in my area

Depends on what equipment you have at home. You can build crazy physiques with calisthenics only but working with good gym quipment will just make the process more efficient/faster

theres no excuse to not have a good body, its free ascension. its better to be clapped and jacked then clapped and skinny or fat.

Works to a certain point, will have problems progressively overloading. Either get in a gym, get more equipement or focus on calisthenics

For hypertrophy, the gym is 1000x better than calisthenics. You need external weight to really build muscle. Calisthenics can work at the start, but if you train at home, you’re basically training endurance more than hypertrophy after a certain point.

how much does it affect aesthetics thoo? like how much do i lose out only doing the calisthenics

Its kinda like this:

Gym: Constant hypertrophy gains every 3-6 months.

Calisthenics: Hypertrophy stagnates after 3-6 months, but still has gains in relative strength and endurance.
