damn this would be insane advice but what i usually do is wait for my day to pin reta and usually 3 days afterwards the bloat is gone or starvemaxx until your bloat goes away (nuclear last option)

the issue is when i look bloated in the mirror and descend this hard it ruins my enitre day and mood, i am suicidla nad the only thing to helps me with that is more food
