Currently eating at 1200 calories a day getting 120g protein and hyper low carbs. I go for 2 meals my meal during the day is 6 eggs usually 2 hours after I wake up, then pre workout I eat a 12oz steak for my protein. That way I’m getting all the micro nutrients from eggs plus the super high protein from the meat.

I should really be going for like 140-180 grams of protein but I don’t want more calories and the only other choice to cut calories would be disgusting lean meat or protein powder which I’m not a big fan of.

I don’t look as lean as I should be considering I’m down 12 pounds from 175 to 163 :forcedsmile:

Maybe I lost muscle I’ve barley been in the gym the last week

simply go on an all natural diet that consists of raw meat, raw eggs, raw milk, seasonal fruits and no vegetables

I do love raw meat but raw eggs I’m not a fan of. Just because you eat “healthy food” doesn’t mean you will look good there’s more to it than that jfl

the healthier you eat the better you will look in terms of collagen quality, hair quality, energy levels etc
