Currently eating at 1200 calories a day getting 120g protein and hyper low carbs. I go for 2 meals my meal during the day is 6 eggs usually 2 hours after I wake up, then pre workout I eat a 12oz steak for my protein. That way I’m getting all the micro nutrients from eggs plus the super high protein from the meat.
I should really be going for like 140-180 grams of protein but I don’t want more calories and the only other choice to cut calories would be disgusting lean meat or protein powder which I’m not a big fan of.

I don’t look as lean as I should be considering I’m down 12 pounds from 175 to 163
Maybe I lost muscle I’ve barley been in the gym the last week
