I do not really wanna go in depth into his character so heres some basic context on him

As I right this, he is on the phone with a gross skinny LTB Hispanic chick who is completly ghetto. He only goes for ethnic girls that all he can even attempt to get. Anyways, for the last year he has been in the friendzone with this girl. I have heard her talk to him openly about getting fucked by otther guys and getting done dirty and he always tries to joke with her and give her advice. So my irl chad friend called me a few months back telling me how he had witnessed my brother get yelled at by a fat Mexican girl who told him "leave me alone and quit always posting on your story about me". He then proceeded to ditch school and lied to my mom and said he just "forgot".
My mom lets him get away with this type of stuff all the time. Just today he made a complete mess in the kitchen and threw away my ground beef i did not finish and then my mom came home, blamed me for it, yelled at me to clean it up, and then when i call out my brother and say it was him,
she calmly goes to his room and tells him to please clean the kitchen when hes done. WTV TF THAT MEANS
. AND ITS BEEN 4 HOURS LATER AND HE HAS NOT TOUCHED THE KITCHEN.
He has such a lack of decency. For that last two nights, i will go to the bathroom and see he left his shit and piss unflushed. HE DOES THIS ALL THE TIME. He never flushes and my mom doesnt even say anything. They are literally pathetic. He obvisouly doesnt wash his hands if he cant even flush but i dont even think he wipes either. His room 29/31 days of the month is legit filthy. It smells horrible. He will go up to a week without showering and when he does, he will leave his clothes on the bathroom floor all wet and leave the bathroom a mess. And all my mom will do is sometimes clean it and the other times i will have to do it.
Hes 17 with no permit, let alone a licesne. My mom bought him a car just for him to ldar. Everyone where i live gets there licesne between 16-17 like i did aswell.
