I have borrowed my brother about 3k and he isnt paying his debt back. There is nothing I can do about it since there is no contract which proves i, i trusted him enough to pay me back. The money is gone.

Why dont you just show him there are repercussions to his actions?

My brother once wouldn't pay me back so I sold his games console and made a nice profit. If he has nothing to take worth value just beat him or pay someone to do so. He quite obviously has no respect for you and you should treat him the same way back.

You should have signed a contract. Even a note written by hand still has legal weight.
