All shitty ingredients are put into our food in supermarkets. Even food that is supposed to be healthy is put into plastic containers and is been touched upon and chemically enhanced. No wonder cancer, diabetes, heart disease and obesity is so common in our society.
Growing food in your back garden mogs all but organic shops are a secondary option.
The amount of parents who feed their kids mc shit is insane. That is the worst food you can give them as its ultra processed with so many shitty synthetic ingredients. Shouldn't even be eating that shit once in a while tbh.
