never ever buy sock lifts. They look like shit. If you rlly think your going to be able to add 1+ inches to ur height through sock elevators without it being obvious jfl at u. Sock lifts are the equivalent of stuffing the bottom of your socks with cotton. It will compress and will barely add even half a inch letalone a inch, it will rip in like 2 days, and it looks super obvious. If she catches you walking around in them she will know. Not only that but their uncomfortable. Dont ever buy sock lifts its a waste of money, ur best bet is to just stuff your socks with random shit

Shoe lifts are fine. I recommend just buying elavated shoes from conzuri. They can add 2.5 inches and look natural but if you are going to buy lifts only buy up to 1 inch. If u buy 2 inch lifts it will only look natural with high tops/boots and in a bigger size. Never buy more than 3 inch lifts

It adds legit 1 inch. Tried it a few times and was unnoticable. Although it has shitty comfort so I just put 1 inch lifts in my shoes.

Conclusion:

• Heel part felt a bit small maybe because I'm not the ordinary sized sock lift user
• Elasticity felt strong instead of weak so it might be durable
• It gave a 3cm (1.18inch) height boost but I would say go for a 2cm socklift which would feel more comfortable.

Conclusion: Better to posturemaxx than wearing lifts but I will try them more.

Tape the top of your foot to the roof of your shoe and leave a gap between the bottom of your foot and insole
