I will use MDMP's nootropic stack as an example, no hate to MDMP as a person or his content, yes hate to MDMP's supplement stacks
THE INGREDIENTS:
The ingredients are fine, the dosages are fine. Only thing that irks me is the Bacopa. 50% Bacosides? This is obviously possible but should really require special machinery to test how many bacosides in the solution, and trust me, if a company is going out of it's way to do that, it's going to get it's money worth by providing proof. And there is no proof that I can see, so that 50% bacosides might aswell be 5%.

That is $269.94 every 180 days.
Give me $269.94 and I will give you 360 days worth of all of these supplements individually, all from more reputable and trustworthy vendors, and afterwards I will still be able to afford a fucking premium gaming mouse
Trust me, it's not worth it. If you find a supplement stack that suits you, whether nootropic, whether for gym, whether for whatever, just save your money and buy it individually. With only $44.99 you could unironically make a stack that replicates this but that'll last you 180 days instead of 30.

Nope, this stack is 5 capsules per serving. And it's not such a big deal anyways.
