Buzzcut is about skull shape and pheno mostly, not bone structure. Half of Balkan niggs in highschool had buzz their hair and it fits on that pheno, ita mostly because of wide temples and fwhr + shitty hair quality. An Anglo doing it with a narrow head would look ridiculous
