I'm not sure what that is. I cook meat, and eat raw vegetables and frozen veggies warmed up. I did go more than a year eating raw meat, but It takes too long for me to chew and digest so it wasn't working out for my goals. I do still eat raw eggs every single day.

Yes true. But tap water > soda. And it’s very hard to find water for sale in aluminum bottles, my preferred choice.

So I just usually drink bottled plastic water. Over 4 meh
