You’ll feel like a zombie , but it will be so worth it when your sleep adjusts. Like I used to wake up past 2-3pm, but now I’m waking at 7am consistently.

I mean I did it for years prolly and every single time I’d end up staying up later and later and the whole process just reset and I realized I was destroying my brain and it wasn’t good for my body prolly

So I just stopped, go to bed around 2-3 and wake up at 10 and it’s comfortable
