Ofc i did have breastfeeding, after that i might’ve drank it for a short time.

Do you really need milk specifically for thicker/stronger bones or does it not matter as long as you got the calcium etc from other foods (always ate healthy).

Could it be possible that my bones would’ve been visibly thicker if i drank milk like a regular person?

Could i’ve been a couple cm taller? If so how much cm?

Grey questions that I probably already know the answer to but i have to be sure, bc the greys on tiktok keep spreading misinformation.

Ideally drinking milk in development would've been very beneficial since it has many other essential nutrients in it but it's not the end if you aren't able to drink it but it's much better if you could

So what about the difference it wouldve made on my bones considering i always ate healthy and probably got all the nutrients etc from other foods
