Never eating Mcdonald's ever again

After clubbing yesterday I went to mcdonalds with my friends to get the cals. Ngl we were smacked.
Took a triple cheese & tried some random "avocado burger".
30min after I have itching all around the body, especially the face.
I get home & look myself in the miror I legit look like this jfl

I wake up still the same face & skin. I look bloated asf with disgusting skin & the plague. I look like I have a STD its so over.
IDK what type of allergic reaction this is, I always took triple cheese, always used to eat avocado etc. Its so over for my skin, thanks Mcdonalds
