It depends on how much sebum oil you hair produce
If its too much you need to wash it with shampoo everyday or else you hair will look ugly, dirty and greasy

Now ofcourse we can debate that unhealthy people produce more hair sebum oil etc.... and that the solution is to be healthy but nahh
