The next time they try to gaslight you into giving a shit about them, just remember that these are the same pieces of shits that would've thrown you under the bus for any reason under the sun. This is on top of showing the world that they don't even truly give a shit about religion, nationalism, etc, because if they did they wouldn't support the degeneracy of the modern world, yet they clearly do.
I've mostly cut myself off from most of the world, interacting with normshits only when unavoidable (e.g. seeing the doctor, going to the store, etc.), and I couldn't be happier (insofar as someone like me can actually be happy).
