You can fix rolling and boxcar with diy microneedling and subcision alone. Chemical peels for ice pick. Pdo threads as filler or real filler. Never do rf microneedling or co2 laser or any of that shit it's not worth risking fat loss. Finally did diy subcision a few days ago and pure lifefuel + i didn't have to give my money to those jew derms

one side is slightly swollen because i didn't drain out all the blood and i messed up, but was far from any ligaments to cause damage. other side is normal. the true results won't be for another week or two until the swelling goes down, but i plan to redo it at least once more anyway cuz i missed some scars

yeah tbh they did come back a bit but if i stretch the skin the scars disappear now so what i'm lacking is collagen/support underneath that's why most people get filler done and call it a day. it takes time ofc u need at least 2-4 sessions to untether everything using a blunt cannula. i also was hesitant about cutting tethers near ligaments so i did end up missing some big ones and gotta wait a bit before i try go in again.

tbh i'll probably need co2 laser 1-2x or taz 0.1% or tca cross for perfect skin because the texture on top is fucked, but if you just have pits with no texture issues in the pits idt u need laser.
