Never go to a boarding school as a gymcell

The gym at my school is hella nice and its huge and great quality equipment. But they don't let you do what you want. I'm a senior and I went to the gym today and you need a coach with you and I told them I've been to the gym for years now I know to be safe and shit.
But they said "do you really think you know more than me on this". So I just did it today and they made me do the dumbest shit ever.

5 sets of bosu ball split squats, and 5 sets of single arm dumbbell press for "core stability". Not to mention they only let you rest for 30 seconds between sets so I'm basically gaining actually no muscle. And a 20 minute warm up of fucking bird dogs and other dumb shit. The whole workout is ass. Then they tell me that I can't go to the gym all year without a coach with me at all times.

The worst thing is that I spent 550$ on Mk, enclo, and arimidex and its on its way to my school right now.
