7cm is too much, maximum 4cms tbh so it won’t help manlets.

Lifts are best used for guys in the 5’10-6ft range to help them a bit. That’s the only use I can see for them

IMO, for frame and body, the best range is 5’11-6’3 (180-190cm). Obviously if you can maintain good frame and proportions past that, it’s better.
