3 times a day is insane bro i think everyone had gooning problems what helped was just to stay distracted and do basically random stuff you can do fucking homework,even videogames,jobslaving,chilling with friends going randomly for walks or to the store,gym just to distract yourself so you basically dont have time and are exhausted
