About a month ago, my parents and teachers made me go to therapy due to my change in looks. They assumed I had and ed or smth. But looking back, this was literally a clear sign of ascension and the boomers couldn’t possibly comprehend it. I would even get compliments from classmates and shit. And then the therapist blue pilled the fuck out of me and now Ive gained bodyfat back.

Moral of the story, NEVER GIVE IN TO BLUEPILLERS

I’ll be back to my leanness and how I used to look in 4-5 weeks

You have to filter what therapists say heavily or else your mind will go in a direction you may not want to go in lol
