Lifting 10kg dumbbell.
Background info:
- never lifted
- BMI 30
- body fat% unknown cos never went and did the measurement thingy
- body somatotype: wrist bones are apparently mesomorph but low carb tolerance(endomorph), skinny when only eating grilled/steamed steaks and chicken(Western diet), lose weight fast when starving, I tried eating only salads for 7-10 days and lost 3kg.
- I can run for half a km straight without a break
- I can curl 4 reps with a 15 kg dumbbell(no prior weight lifting experience), I can hold my bodyweight on a bar for like 10seconds but I can't do chin ups cos body too fat and no muscle
