Nearly threw up taking this had to blur my face in a pic for the first time in years I can’t even begin to describe how bad it is… anyways I’m down 10 pounds from 177 to 167 haven’t been to the gym in a week and am ungodly bloated for reasons I can’t explain. Seriously questioning if I should take a new approach to life and give up on the gym lol

Yes obviously I have shit genetics so does everyone else here hence why we are on a incelite looksmaxxing forum at 2 am on a Sunday night rotting away into misery

He progressed on his lifts by quite a bit whilst maintaining a similar weight so it just doesn’t make sense.

Yea I should be loosing weight faster now but no matter what I try nothing changes I’ve gone through so many diets in the past few months. On 5k calories a week rn

Well, everyone can lose fat. There’s no exceptions to that.

How was your starting physique when you began the gym ? Has there been any noticeable change over the years or no?

I don’t have any pictures it was so long ago but I was higher body fat and shorter. Probably 30% body fat and 5’7 and then 2 summers ago I got all the way down to 20% where I am now before getting fat that year and was 200lbs at the start of last summer thinking eating alot was gonna make me build muscle and now I’m here

So you’ve never done a proper bulk ? Keep cutting until September and then start a clean bulk until spring with a good cycle. Try other growth way pathways such as using HGH, sarms ect.

It’s very rare to be a true non responder to all PEDs. Even rarer than being a monstrous hyper responder from what I’ve read.

Yes I did a proper bulk. To 200 fucking pounds like I was fat as shit also was using mk and rad around that time to help but didn’t work. Will be going for a clean bulk with hgh and teriparatide this fall and winter maybe I will be lean by then

I think I took them way too late and it doesn’t matter anyways since I’m a non responder. Eat mostly high protein food like red meat and eggs with about 1,000 calories a day 5 days a week and 0 the other 2

Daym your doing a wild cut and then a 2 day fast honestly if you loose another 10 pounds and still don’t see more vascularity I would just maintain the new weight until you start gaining more muscle me personally I just eat raw meat and organs but I don’t expect the average normie to do that, decent diet also 5mph and max incline walk for a hour is op for burning calories

People think one cycle will change everything jfl. Unless you’re a hyper responder it won’t.

Most people need several years of proper cycles until they start to look good.
