Damn you are 21 then you're growth plates are closed already the only thing you can do is surgery max if youre rich if not than just accept youre genetics the only thing I can recommend is falm gum and palate expander for better jaw and forward growth but youre lips and height is something you need to fix with surgery just accept who you are.
