I have wideset eyes but didnt realize that my fucking asian like nose bridge and shit is exagerating them like im drake or some shit. This is hopefule becasuse i made a morphe and think i actually look good obviously this morph looks like shit but i was just trying to do general nose reduction and make the nose bridge more defined. What do you guys think do you also think my nose is the bigest falio here that is throwing off harmony?

i dont wanna get obo to move eyes closer together because my ipd also harmonizes with everything well on my face like my esr is ideal my midface ratio is 1:1 my ipsilateral alar angle matches pretty good with my jaw, so all i could do is increase pfl bc i need to keep puppils where there at if i were to move my eyes closer i would need to do too many surgeries to get those ratios correct again it wouldnt be worth it.

Like my eyes to me always felt to wideset which they are i admit my icd is 1.2x my pfl but the nose drastically changes the perspectiive of them and can save my eye area thank god

(1) Your nose is too wide and too short. By too short, I mean its base is set too high on the midface.

(2) Your mouth is too narrow.

(3) Your upper lip is too thin.

(4) As a consequence of your nose's base being set too high and of your upper lip being too thin, your philtrum is very long. Too long.


How to fix these flaws ?
Well, it's not that simple.
(1) Rhinoplasty for the nose, including alar base reduction, tip refinement, and a modified projection of the tip.
(2) Widening the mouth with a natural outcome doesn't seem easy. Commissuroplasty is the surgery meant to achieve that, but, correct me guys if I'm wrong, it tends to leave scarring and can look off (as in, not natural).
(3) Increasing the upper lip's height can be achieved by a lip lift. Maybe some filler will help as a complementary measure.
(4) your philtrum will be made shorter by the lip lift.

Will it be enough ?
Most likely not for perfect ratios. In your case, the upper lip would have to be lifted significantly, and yet that may not be enough to create an optimal philtrum length ; and, because of the lift, the lower lip to upper lip ratio will be off too, but that would be an acceptable trade-off imo.
Will you look better though ?
Yes.

Besides hardmaxxing, your priority should be clearing up your skin and improving its texture & tone. Think of tretinoin, etc.
Also, still in the softmax category : with minoxidil + microneedling, try to reduce the spacing between your eyebrows, so the eyebrows' inner edges align with the nose's bridge.

with the upper lip lift how much taller will the upper lip be compared to the lower lip? i could always get fillers i guess but would rathern not. also the ppl on the other thread were talking about the rhino not being possible but the one you gave me is dedfintely possible thats not that extreme you are really good at morphing holy fuck

Seriously though : do not neglect softmaxxing. You would benefit from it quite significantly.
Namely : fixing the eyebrows and the skin. The eyebrows are important for overall harmony and will make a real difference, comparable to some surgeries (harmony-wise).

See how everything aligns nicely on the after pic ? nose tip -> nose bridge -> eyebrows

Regarding the nose : you would have to consult with a rhino surgeon to assess what can be realistically achieved. My morph is not necessarily out of your reach. But it's wiser to give you a word of caution against excessive cartilage removal and other frequent rhino mistakes. Clear that up with a competent doc.

Regarding the mouth : you really have to be wary of a commissuroplasty. If the general consensus here is that it sucks, there's probably a good reason behind it. But you are your own man, so do a proper research on the topic. If the results are actually not too nasty, then you gotta weigh up the pros and cons (e.g. visible scarring VS improved harmony).
By the way, on my morph, I went with an ideal mouth-to-nose width ratio of 1.4.

On my morph, the ratio is actually not that bad. Just a bit lower than ideal (lower lip 1.3x bigger than the upper lip, VS 1.5 ideal). Theoretically, you could sacrifice this lip ratio to reduce the philtrum a bit more. And indeed balance things out with fillers (although I understand why you'd rather avoid this step).

I think the changes come from a little bit of width and then the fullness you gave it to thats consistent that i could get with fillers maybe
how many mm you think each side increase? or percentage
Bro i want to achieve that so bad i actually look good in that - its crazy ppl doing lefort 3 but i cant just get my mouth a little wider
also eyebrows i dont think i will use minoxidil i use to do that and now i have thinner eyebrows after stopping them i think i will also try to find some niche surgery for that maybe some transplat of some sort idk i dont think im a good responder to it if i cant find a surgery i will try it once more.
but yeah those results below seem pretty good not drastic liek the morph but i think if they paired with a rhino and that same result it would look drastic just liek the morph does. i also think that rhino is easily achievable its just a matter of not getting botched.

@ltntomtn123 I increased your mouth width by approximately 25 % (total). I can't tell you how many mm that translates into. Measure your mouth and multiply it by 1.25, and you'll know.

As for the eyebrows, if you're a poor responder to minoxidil or can't be arsed with daily applications, the definite alternative would be an eyebrow transplant. You would need very few grafts, but the clinics will fuck you with a flat fee, so expect it to be quite expensive anyway. Still, make sure to pick a doctor who's got some artistry, because transplanting eyebrows is a delicate thing, you really have to pay attention to the type of grafts (hair thickness and texture, only single hairs - of course) and to the angle of the incisions, so the hair will lay naturally and blend as seamlessly as possible with the original part of the eyebrow. Besides those technical and aesthetic aspects, there will be one downside : mandatory grooming. Indeed, you will have to trim the transplanted hair frequently, or else it will grow way too long (transplanted hair will keep its original characteristics, including growth/length potential).
