I studied this in Mathematics 1 and 2 in 1st and 2nd semester of college and passed both pretty easily with 9s (grading system is from 6 to 10 here), but I had some limited knowledge from high school which made it much easier

Conceptually, all you need to understand is the fundamental theorem of calculus:

Where the derivative of an antiderivative is the function itself. That's pretty easy. Also understand what a derivative and an integral are describing graphically (slope of the tangent line at a point & area under a curve, respectively).

What gets most people is the integration techniques usually taught in calc 2, shit like trig sub, partial fraction decomposition, etc. Study these very hard, you'll likely be tested heavily on them.

Series are also a bitch because of all the convergence tests you need to memorize, but the taylor series is pretty easy when you get to it.

I'm a calc 3-cel in college so ask me any more questions you have.

idk bro my major is comp sci-ish but the math that we cover is pretty advanced tbh, my country's system is pretty different from the US standard though

the actual degree is in Electrical Engineering though even though most of my year 2 onwards classes are programming related
