They are only mogging due to genetics, there is no looksmaxxing for LTN and below. Even hardmaxxing surgeries etc are cope as a bad base means you are fucked for life. This only really applies to LTN with horse face and low bone mass

Getting lean, skin/hair softmaxxes, working out, surgeries. Those are the only things that actually work. Now for sure, it all depends on your base and the amount of money you'll be able to pour into all of that, some trully got utterly fcked ar birth and there's no coming back.
