i took a lot hoping it would help me fall asleep (i went to the psych to get hypnotics and benzos). i don't usually take antipsychotics, but my psychiatrist gave me a box from her private stash because there was a temporary shortage of zolpidem in the pharmacies

a very stupid move, i have never experienced anything similar

For sleep you can take 20mg quetiapin and melatonin

never touching q-pin again, melatonin does nothing for me because i've been abusing benzos and hypnotics for years (studied at night during uni and never managed to correct that later)

i need 80 mg of ambien/zolpidem to feel anything (when you start, 5 mg will paralyze you within 15 minutes); similar with klonopin and xanax. and i don't get those wonderful chilling effects anymore, i just black out after a while.

Never take antipsychotics for "sleep", that is if you really don't suffer from schizophrenia. They sometimes could cause irreversible metabolic syndrome. Dropping some studies here:

Metabolic Changes Associated With Antipsychotic Use
"The use of antipsychotics increases the risk not only of diabetes but also of metabolic syndrome, which is sometimes referred to as syndrome X. While a standard definition of metabolic syndrome does not exist, metabolic syndrome is generally thought to include weight gain and hypertriglyceridemia along with increased insulin, glucose, and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol."

Metabolic Syndrome and Antipsychotics: The Role of Mitochondrial Fission/Fusion Imbalance
"Second-generation antipsychotics (SGAs) are known to increase cardiovascular risk through several physiological mechanisms, including insulin resistance, hepatic steatosis, hyperphagia, and accelerated weight gain. There are limited prophylactic interventions to prevent these side effects of SGAs, in part because the molecular mechanisms underlying SGAs toxicity are not yet completely elucidated. In this perspective article, we introduce an innovative approach to study the metabolic side effects of antipsychotics through the alterations of the mitochondrial dynamics, which leads to an imbalance in mitochondrial fusion/fission ratio and to an inefficient mitochondrial phenotype of muscle cells. We believe that this approach may offer a valuable path to explain SGAs-induced alterations in metabolic homeostasis."

Atypical Antipsychotics and Metabolic Syndrome: From Molecular Mechanisms to Clinical Differences
"Atypical antipsychotics (AAPs) are commonly prescribed medications to treat schizophrenia, bipolar disorders and other psychotic disorders. However, they might cause metabolic syndrome (MetS) in terms of weight gain, dyslipidemia, type 2 diabetes (T2D), and high blood pressure, which are responsible for reduced life expectancy and poor adherence. Importantly, there is clear evidence that early metabolic disturbances can precede weight gain, even if the latter still remains
the hallmark of AAPs use. In fact, AAPs interfere profoundly with glucose and lipid homeostasis acting mostly on hypothalamus, liver, pancreatic β-cells, adipose tissue, and skeletal muscle. Their actions on hypothalamic centers via dopamine, serotonin, acetylcholine, and histamine receptors affect neuropeptides and 50AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) activity, thus producing a supraphysiological sympathetic outflow augmenting levels of glucagon and hepatic glucose production.
In addition, altered insulin secretion, dyslipidemia, fat deposition in the liver and adipose tissues, and insulin resistance become aggravating factors for MetS. In clinical practice, among AAPs, olanzapine and clozapine are associated with the highest risk of MetS, whereas quetiapine, risperidone,
asenapine and amisulpride cause moderate alterations. "

F20.0 paranoid shz

I missed-skipped reading this one. I'm sorry for that. Yes, the safest option would be reagila, as you said (minus olanzapine part)

agree if you are referring to my posts. when my cousin died of lung cancer 2 years ago, i took all the pills he was taking from his house (had 2 shelves of boxes ranging from erlotinib to tramadol) and spent the next week testing them. haven't really experienced any changes except explosive diarrhea from tramadol

I used to buy these in jail to sleep. Trouble is your body gets used to them. There's schizos out there that take this shit during the DAYTIME. LMAO imagine taking that shit in the daytime. It knocks you out cold for sleep, though. Good shit.

Because as a sleeping med it's generally better if it doesn't adapt to your body as quickly. We used to call them serocols in jail but it's definitely quetiapine. I used to get them off the schizo crackheads that had nurse's hatch appointments all the time. Sometimes 100mg sometimes it was big round 300mg tablets. I think they do 25mg little round ones for the quick acting things, too in the UK. All the schizos used to sell them for tobacco or those tobacco cartridges for the vaping pens when the bans hit jails.
