it's so funny how many dumb men are posting their ascensions on tiktok and even if most obviously NEVER had anything done and are normies, there is a fringe minority that actually ascends and why would u want women to think ur good face is surgically engineered and not genetic? that'sa huge turn off, always act effortless, never mention looks seriously, never mention surgeries, u can do that jokingly and according to ur crowd or which people ur hanging around, but whatever u post online is online FOREVER.

ascend, get surgery and don't make it obvious, for hair transplants just lie, for rhino get a conservative one, always lie, lying is always better than admitting surgery.
