Never, but I mean never under any circumstances tell anyone you’re going to get cosmetic surgery to improve your facial aesthetics.
People will view you as a try-harding loser. They will still view you as that guy before the surgery in their subconscious mind.
There are threads on here explaining on how to not get discovered.
But to give you an example;
Let’s say you did a jaw surgery. Try to grow a beard and shave it off when you have the surgery done. People will think you just matured or lost weight.
And absolutely never tell a women you did surgery. Oh boy, it will be brutally over.
You have to realize that she chose you to reproduce and pass on your genetics to your offsprings.
