Stop watching Porn. Never look at it ever again and don’t look at softcore either. This means no instagram whores, no youtube twerking, whatever it is, don’t jerk off to screens or pictures. The risks are a painful priapism, but as long as it is non-ischemic it's no big deal. And to deal with a priapism you inject pseudafed. no thoughts to add about DHT.

Trimix isn't for PE it's for EQ. I permanently increased 0.6" BPEL using traction device over 6 weeks.

The psudafed instantly knocks out the priapism. Like within a couple minutes. Priapisms will last 4 - 8 hours on trimix and yes it is dose dependent. However... non-ischemic priapism is where you can actually force some permanent growth. there is a guy on Thundersplace Forum that grew permanently every time he had extended priapisms and now his size is insane.

May I ask why you were taking guancafine? The problems that it treats have been known to have ED as a symptom. Guancafine is also a 5HT2 agonist which is interesting because that's where some of the sexual sife effects of SSRIs come from.

Here what I think happened.

1. You have an underlying problem causing ED and you are now just realizing it. In which case you can just fix the underlying cause and be back to "normal".

2. The guancafine did cause you real sexual side effects and either consciously or unconsciously you started gripping your dick tighter to compensate for it.

Unrelated but I think these 2 factors are also closely related to the whole persistent post ssri syndrome.

So ease up on the grip. Just try and relax and know that some periods of ED are common. You're probably young and for most of your life you never had any difficulties with that stuff. It will get better I promise.

Its 90% back to normal but my dick is tilted towards the left even flaccid it always bends to the left this never happened before so no clue. It's 90% normal now hopefully it will just fully recover back to normal or something

Okay yes I see. I made that suggestion based on the fact some people take it for anxiety and hypertension - which can cause ED. Are you still on ADHD meds? Some can cause an increase in blood pressure possibly causing ED(?) - I think this is unlikely since you didn't seem to have issues before but thought I'd mention it anyways.

I don't have an appointment for a few months money is a problem so I have to wait 2 months for my half year appointment.


Adhd meds never caused me ED issues as far as I can tell taken this brand of med since I was 11. Although gauncaficine was something I only took recently. Still not sure if it was the cause. It wasn't even that bad until i started fasting when i was on it. I later learned you are never supposed to fast while taking Guancafine and it gave me super low blood pressure but that may not be what caused the ED (it had other side effects regardless of ED that were bad)
