Never train obliques

Legit ruined my v taper which is the sole purpose of gymcelling.

Now I’m trying to reduce them but it’s probably impossible since u train them indirectly in some way on practically every exercise.

had a small waist but now my physique looks like a fridge almost.

Also I barely trained them for that long but it’s like they’re the only muscle that grows at the speed of light.

All because some jackass ogre told me “u gotta train all muscles to be healthy bro” “get big brah”

More muscles to never train:

Lower chest
Traps
Abs (with weight, should only ever use bodyweight, but even then you wanna take it easy since it will also train the obliques)

Which part?

Traps make your shoulders look sloped and you really don’t need ab hypertrophy since it’s mostly about bodyfat, big blocky abs look ogre and of course your obliques will grow along with them

traps give you a giga masculine frame and also make your back thicker, training abs makes it easier to have abs without being super peeled and also helps all your other compound lifts
