I sure many are good people because they can empathize with the shitty circumstances of others. But I also know of a couple subhumans irl who pretend to be nice but have some sort of grandiosity in their victimhood

You gotta realize that a lot of their "nice behavior" is purely performative and not representative of their true morality.
