Because she had no idea how business works . All she cared about was making the packaging look pretty and the Instagram profile look pretty

2 things which don't drive sales AT ALL. Then when I tried to do things that will get them sales, she micromanaged me and it made what I was doing not work because of her retardation.

Then I got fired despite I was the only one actually pushing growth and the girl doing the Instagram pretty pictures which drives 0 growth got to keep her job.

I worked for a man my next 2 jobs and they let me do my own thing and I actually get great results
