I started as a near 200lb fatass. I recommend tracking your calories to make sure you’re eating how much you should be, “feeling full” is deceptive.

You eat poorly, you fill yourself with unnatural food and shit and you say, 'I'm fat as shit, maybe go to the gym. If it works, it works now because you have to pay the consequences of not taking care of yourself from the beginning.'

Not my fault my parents fed me sugar, candies and too much carbs when I was 10 so cut the personal responsibility shit, i hear it all the time from fuckers who’ve accomplished less. Our starting bodytypes are not determined by us. There’s early childhood nutrition, genetics, and a bunch of other crap that influences that. I’m just working with what I got to ascend.

Some guys naturally have far more muscle than others. That’s genetics/upbringing/bone structure. One guy could just by existing have an attractive physique, another could be a stick figure or fat with no muscle.

If the rest of guys have a tool they can use to gain an edge relatively quickly on the guy with a naturally athletic body type, why the fuck wouldn’t they use it? You are under no obligation to keep what nature gave you from birth
