Way better lol.
No reason AT ALL to get bimax if you are not deformed/got complications in need for a healthier life.
Ive posted a lot of implants results here. Literally NO IDEA why psl retards are so fixed with fucking Bimax for aesthetics, literally no idea.

Well the mandible itself wasn't moved 20mm at the cut, there was 20mm of total advancement at the pogonion (chin prominence) which includes the additional lateral projection from both the ccw rotation and genio. Still a large movement for someone without an overbite, and pushing the envelope in terms of maxillary advancement as his nose is now really upturned and probably much wider from the front. Naturally autists on here think 20mm of chin advancement is pointless lol
