Unless guys have a strong underbite, i almost never see an psl improvement from lf1.
Are you really sure, this case got no bsso, and only genio??

@stuckneworleans has the right of it, he got a trimax. Honestly pretty underwhelming results. I am sure his movements were on the conservative side. If he had gotten 9mm BSSO + 5-7mm sliding genioplastly he would have ascended a lot harder.

Sometimes surgeons even perform imdo on top of bsso and genio
