u could MAYBE (Not telling u to do it) make small incision on ur cheeks (zygo to lips) not too strong or hard just like a scar a cat would give you or maybe a little bigger to take the impression of hollow cheeks

something of this size and then u could pour alchool on it to prevent any infection and wait for the skin to recreate on the zone around and inside the cut?
