New cope unlocked: JawPulling

So I started this new cope where I grab my lower jaw/mandible and slightly push on it outwards (slowly so I don’t dislocate my jaw)
It should feel firm and shouldn’t feel like ur jaw is gonna snap. Been doing it for about a week combined with zygopulling and I notice my jaw is more square but could be placebo and cope.

Either way who cares it’s working in my head atleast

My goodness, thumbpulling might work as u can widen ur palette as it has cracks which can widen. How tf will the lower jaw widen JFL, it can never be widen as there is no cracks for it to naturally widen
