Me too, before my surgeries whenever I went to my grandma's place she made me like 5 pancakes max, now post op she usually makes 6, sometimes even 7.

Have you learnt to see it in women's microexpressions? I've been blackpilled hard recently with the microexpressions blackpill. Women signal if they like your looks instantly. When you look at a woman on the street and she looks back you get one of three reactions

1. Disgust, like you know if you had to reach into a dirty pipe to unclog something it would show on your face
2. Neutral
3. Some kind of light duchenne smile

Men make huge mistakes. Only approach if you get a smile. Incidently, you can get a nonverbal rejection, which are SO BRUTAL. The reaction that you get the most is how women rate your face.
I think if women saw your face before your jaw surgery, you'd get different types of microexpressions.

Fra ti è rimasto il widening? Dal side sembra che non l'hai perso, che poi quanti mm effettivi ti ha allargato? A me ha detto c'è un limite. non gli ho chiesto mm precisi.
Cmq chi lo avrebbe detto che avessi mento così squadrato lol.
