The problem is that there is no implant for maxilla and short mandible. Only lf1 or bsso to fix these.

I don’t think lefort one is all that useful. The cut doesn’t go up to the cheekbones or infraorbitals (the two things that need anterior projection). Having a shallow paranasal actually helps with hollow cheek look. But having a full paranasal but hollow infra/zygomatic area will make you look puffy and bloated.

Plus those with nasal recession (non whites) can’t use lefort advancement to project the nose since it doesn’t work.

So in literally every sense of the way lefort one advancement is detrimental for people with average occlusion wanting to go to chad occlusion. Since the things that need to become protected (infraorbital, zygos, nasal spine) don’t become projected with lefort 1 advancement.


The argument for bsso is legit since more bsso movement means more chin projection and squareness from the front. Still if frontal enhancement is what’s desired a blackpilled genio and outward flaring gonion implants would have a much better and more predictable ROI
