Still this forum's influence made me go from being adamant about getting jaw implants with my jaw surgery to holding off on the implants because my CT scan shows I have the supposed ideal gonian zygos ratio of 0.87 even though it looks much narrower than attractive faces with that same ratio

He originally just got cheek and jawline implants. After that, he had a revision with buccal fat removal. IMO buccal fat removal should be a very rare specialty procedure for a tiny minority of people. Everyone else just looks old (and often unnatural).
