No, it will heal eventually you need to tend care to it though.

You also disinfect the blade before cutting so infections aren’t a problem if your not for example rubbing your eyes 24/7.

yeah, mouth cutting doesn't actually increase mouth width, it just leaves you with scars on the corners of your lips, so lip widening devices are better
