Why do you have upper and lower focus days?
FBEOD A is meta for the unemployed

You are stimulating 90% of motor units in chest during your upper priority day, and 85% during lower priority days. So you are stimulating only those 85% EOD, and the other 5% are trained 1.75x a week.
If you don't have time for 20-22 sets with FBEOD A, just do FBEOD A/B and alternate exercises instead of alternating order of exercise. This way you are stimulating the same muscle fibers in priority muscles EOD, and have 1.75x a week frequency for non-priority muscles which is still good enough.
