tldw guy sells programs based on his physique and claims 55 pound muscle gain in 1 year

55 pounds of actual muscle would probably translate to 80 to 100 pounds of scale weight even if you didnt put on a huge amount of bf%. actual bodybuilders who take unlimited amount of drugs gain like 10 pounds of real muscle a year.

If someone is stupid enough to fall for it, let him take their money. Fool and his money are soon to part regardless of his scam, besides there's no reason to believe his training programs would be shit. Just slight false advertisement.

tru, in fact the chumps who buy the programs are probably happier for it as they can be more motivated if they think these kinds of results are possible. whereas if they only follow actual natty guys who look like shit they will get demoralised and quit
