New grow taller method?

So I came across this russian guy who claimed he have managed to go from 168 cm to 180 cm with his grow taller method. From what I have researched from it, it looks pretty legit there are photo testimonies of people trying his method out getting taller, the methods and the testimonies are included in the video. I just think its too good to be true, what do you guys think?. This guy also deleted all of his social media accounts. Can't upload the video for some reason. I think its clear for anyone with a brain that its not camera manipulation.

Only way you can grow taller besides genetics is improving your diet and running and exercising more and check your t levels also hgh if you have a genetic issue, hgh only helps a bit during puberty and before puberty

There is no way to increase height after puberty because your growth plates are closed your bones cannot grow anymore even if you did the best treatments it wouldn't work he probably did LL
