Just got my lifts and my AF1s are already beat, so I started experimenting.

Peel out the original insole and keep it aside. Drop your lifts into the shoe, then place the original insole back on top - if you want it permanent, just hot glue it down so it doesn’t shift. This is OP because if you ever have to take your shoes off, the insole still looks completely stock with the Air Force 1 logo.

Works best with ~0.5" lifts; 1" can look a bit uncanny, but once people see the legit insole they won’t suspect anything. If you’re running high tops like Nike Blazers or Jordan 1s, you can probably push 1.5"+ without it looking off.

That’s not what people are scared of when they say what if you have to take your shoes off

They’re scared about the visible height decrease not if someone’s looking in their shoes

you aint a true heightfrauder untill you get these. Then just get some slippers that give 2-3 cm and some baggy sweatpants to cover feet and legit can easily fraud 5-6cm :lul:

What do you do when you take them off then? The visible decrease is gonna be so brutal :forcedsmile:

hence why you wear smaller insole inside your shoe like AF1 and glue real original insole ontop, and for the rest use sock insole (not the silicone ones). Then you use normal looking slippers that give 2-3cm indoors. I have been heightfrauding for 5 years myself like this :lul:

Aren't sock height lifters better though?
