I would recommend 3 things, Botox for your forehead you have massive wrinkles for your age.
Topical retinoids adapalene gel would be best for your skin type. Midface augmentation with lyophilized cartilage, I think that Dr.Sailer would be the best choice for it (if you make only this procedure there and nothing else it's affordable)
