The concept of face pulling is certainly not a cope at a young age. But it must be done continuously for more than 10 hours a day with at least 3 kg of force to achieve results. Let's look at each method:

— Thumbpulling: impossible to do all day, but it could work if it were possible
— Belt/towelpulling: a revolutionary idea: use a rope instead of a belt, hang it from a helmet, and walk around like that all day. But this has a huge drawback – it's guaranteed to damage your teeth.

The idea is to create a device that applies pressure to the front of the palate in a forward-upward direction, essentially simulating the action of the tongue. I was thinking of creating something similar:

but it would be difficult to accurately insert the screw into the mouth at the right angle. The beam that will guide it would need to be very precisely shaped. Furthermore, the mouth would need to be constantly open, and quite forcefully, since the screw is quite large. Creating such a device myself would be incredibly difficult.

Here's a new idea (blue is the intraoral form, beige is the rope (come on, nigga, write about the rope)):

A form is attached to the front of the roof of the mouth, exactly matching the shape of the upper palate, just below the upper teeth. It should have some sort of sticker on it to ensure a relatively secure fit (the sticker shouldn't be too sticky, since, firstly, you need to consider the need to remove the device during the day, and secondly, the rope will still pull upward, preventing the form from falling off). The rope is attached to it, and the rope, in turn, is attached to the top of the helmet. Then, it is pulled at an angle to allow for a CCW rotation. Since the intraoral form will be below the teeth, this ensures their safety, as the rope won't touch them.

The only problem is determining the exact angle. Otherwise, I see no reason why it shouldn't work. This device is relatively easy to create, unlike the mewer3000 (yeah, what a stupid name).

Thoughts?
